Is there disabled access?
Access to Lusty Glaze beach from street level is down 133 steps. There is a handrail, however there is no ramp or road access. Because of this, unfortunately it is not suitable for those with mobility issues.
Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for our tickets. However we will allow you to transfer your tickets to another person (once only). To do this, please email us with your ticket details and the name of the person you’d like to transfer it to.
I’ve lost my ticket!
If you cannot locate or have misplaced your email ticket, please email savewhipsyfest@gmail.com
When do I get my ticket?
We do not send out physical tickets. When you buy your ticket online, your digital ticket is sent to the email address you provided at the checkout. Simply print this email and bring it with you, or show it on your phone, along with some identification.
Can I bring my own alcohol?
Alcohol purchased off the premises will not be allowed onto the site under any circumstances, and the staff reserve the right to confiscate and destroy alcohol being drunk on the beach that was not bought here.
Can I leave the site during the day and come back?
Yes! Guests can come and go throughout the day provided wristbands are worn at all times.
Can I bring my dog?
We don't recommend bringing your furry friends, however Lusty Glaze do allow dogs. So if you think your pooch will enjoy the music, then we will allow well-behaved dogs to the event. We just ask that they are kept on their lead and do not cause a nuisance.
